The lower level retains the 3 mobile bays with 9 shelves, accessible with a single finger; the upper level adds static storage for boxes, less frequently used material or reserve stock. Each mobile bay in this system is built from cold-rolled steel with anti-corrosion treatment, designed to support up to 400 kg of load (80 kg per shelf) with smooth, silent sliding. The high-precision rails are manufactured for millions of opening and closing cycles without performance degradation.
Entirely designed and manufactured in Spain by Esnova Racks at their 46,600 m² facility in Gijón (Asturias). Certifications: ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment), ISO 45001 (occupational safety) and UNE EN 1090 (CE marking for steel structures).
